Due to the large amount of delicate glass items, we are unable to ship purchases but will be glad to allow extra pickup time as needed for out of town buyers. Please contact us before bidding to make your pickup arrangements with us if you need extra time after our scheduled pickup times. It is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer to decide for yourself the condition and value of every lot in this auction and bid accordingly.
All Bids and Sales are Final
All bids, whether on the online bidding platform, or live in person, are final and constitute a binding legal contract to purchase with the auctioneer. The auctioneer cannot remove or "undo" bids once they have been placed online or received live by the auctioneer. Make sure you are bidding on the item you wish to bid on and the proper amount before placing any bid.
Buyer's Premium and Fees
All sales are subject to a 13% buyer's premium, with a 3% discount for all cash or check purchases. All sales will be charged a 6.3% Virginia sales tax, except titled vehicles, unless buyer presents a valid Virginia tax exemption form at the time of payment.
Bidding for this auction ends on SUNDAY, APRIL 26th at 6pm EST, with lots closing at a rate of 2 per minute. Bidding will be extended on items by one minute when a bid is placed in the last 60 seconds.
